Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context plainly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

References to "these Terms" include any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 33333x. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary rule set, the supplementary rule set shall prevail in respect of the specific subject matter it covers.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 33333x platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager on 33333x. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 33333x reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player under 18 will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 33333x platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 33333x does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. If you access 33333x from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not under any legal disability or court order that would prevent you from gambling, and that you are not a person who has been identified as a problem gambler by any recognised support organisation or self-exclusion scheme.

2.4 Responsible Gaming Eligibility

If you have previously requested a self-exclusion from 33333x or from any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account. 33333x takes responsible gaming seriously and will close any account opened in breach of an existing self-exclusion order. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on 33333x — including real-money betting, live casino play, slot games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide at minimum your full legal name, a valid email address, a mobile number (used for account verification and bKash/Nagad-linked payment processing), a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and your preferred account password. You agree that all information supplied at registration is truthful and accurately reflects your identity. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 33333x. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 33333x will close the additional account(s), void any bets placed through them, and may permanently close all associated accounts. Any Bonus Funds credited to a duplicate account will be forfeited without compensation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs or authentication codes associated with your mobile number or email address. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33333x will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that protective action can be taken.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

33333x may at any time, and will before processing any withdrawal, require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming your full name and date of birth; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter confirming your residential address; and confirmation of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds (for example, the bKash or Nagad account number associated with your deposits). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 33333x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods to provide Bangladesh players with fast, convenient, and secure access to their funds.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

33333x currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no universal maximum deposit cap, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your 33333x account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 33333x does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay and wagering on the 33333x platform.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after your account has been verified in accordance with Clause 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; bKash and Nagad transfers are typically completed within minutes to a few hours during normal processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

• 33333x reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any deposit that has not been subject to at least one qualifying wager before a withdrawal request is made may be subject to a review and potential reversal of the withdrawal.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All accounts are denominated in BDT. If you deposit via a card account held in a foreign currency, your card issuer will apply their standard exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees. 33333x is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by third-party payment institutions.

Bonuses and Promotions

33333x may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available to players based in Bangladesh. 33333x reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including on the basis of account history or risk profile.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game contribution rates will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is made. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the full bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live sports bets, certain table games, and progressive slots may carry reduced or zero contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

33333x actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using any automated tool, bot, or script to place bets; placing bets in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event); and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 33333x reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, close the account, and withhold any withdrawal request pending investigation.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds that remain unplayed or for which wagering requirements have not been met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Game Rules and Fair Play

33333x offers a range of games and betting markets including cricket and sports betting, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and arcade titles. Each category is subject to the specific rules governing that game type, as well as these general Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All 33333x casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and crash titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. RNG systems used by our game providers are subject to periodic testing and certification by recognised independent testing laboratories.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and all other sports betting markets on 33333x are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market, which are available within the betting interface. In general: bets must be placed before the market closes; live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of odds; and 33333x reserves the right to void bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic BPL matches) shall be determinative.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or system error that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, 33333x reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. 33333x shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of potential winnings — that result from a technical malfunction. The platform's technical logs shall be the primary source of truth in resolving any dispute arising from a malfunction.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

33333x may apply maximum payout limits to specific games, betting markets, or categories. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be reduced to the cap amount and the excess will not be paid.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 33333x platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with all applicable laws. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players at all times.

7.1 General Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent account update.
• You must keep your contact details (email address and mobile number) current so that 33333x can reach you regarding your account, transactions, and any changes to these Terms.
• You must use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Commercial use of the platform or its data — including but not limited to data scraping, odds aggregation, and systematic arbitrage — is prohibited.
• You must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations in connection with your use of 33333x.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the 33333x platform:

• Registering more than one account on the platform (see Clause 3.2).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, match-fixing, or any other means.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report any such error immediately to our support team.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language when communicating with 33333x support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

33333x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any legitimate reason. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

8.1 Closure by 33333x

We may suspend or close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age; or if continued operation of the account would expose 33333x to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Where an account is closed for suspected fraud or breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure occurs for reasons unconnected to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 33333x account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life — you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any bets on the platform. Self-exclusion requests should be sent to [email protected]. 8.4 Amendments to These Terms

33333x reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
